Foltio is currently a Twotoed proof of concept for tracking AI coding-agent status updates.
1. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Foltio ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses information for the Foltio status-board proof of concept.
2. Information we collect
We collect account information such as name, email, and profile image through sign-in, organization membership details, MCP connection activity, session status updates submitted by connected agents, and technical metadata needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, scope data to the correct organization, display agent-reported sessions and status history, maintain service reliability, investigate abuse, and communicate product or security updates.
4. Legal bases and consent
Where required by law, we process data under one or more legal bases such as consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, or legal compliance.
5. Sharing and subprocessors
We may share data with trusted infrastructure, hosting, database, email, authentication, and observability providers who process information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
6. Data retention
We retain account, organization, session, and status-update information while it is needed to provide the product, debug the POC, satisfy legal obligations, and protect the service. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to certain processing of your data.

If data is transferred across borders, we use recognized safeguards where required by law.

Foltio is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).
