Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-06-10.

Foltio is currently a Twotoed proof of concept for tracking AI coding-agent status updates.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Foltio, a proof-of-concept status board provided by Twotoed ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for your account activity and for maintaining account security.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, submit malicious agent output, violate laws, or infringe the rights of others.

4. Service changes

Foltio is an early proof of concept. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as we test the product and as permitted by applicable law.

5. Fees and payment

The POC may be free or privately operated. If paid plans are later introduced, fees, billing terms, taxes, and renewal conditions will be disclosed at purchase time.

6. Intellectual property

The service and related content are owned by Twotoed or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service.

7. User content

You retain ownership of your content, including agent-reported session notes and status updates. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.

8. Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party providers (for example, identity or analytics). Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twotoed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding conflict of law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
